Prices
Due to the availability of our seafood, prices of seafood fluctuate according to supply of the daily catch and season. Big Eye Mart reserves the right to change any of the fish prices without any prior notice. However, we will always honour the price at the point of sale.

Weight
The weight of the fish we sell on Big Eye Mart is “as it” fish weight (gross weight). The weight of the fish delivered to you will be roughly 15 to 20% less than the gross weight. (Weight of removed scales & guts is deducted). However, we will match every purchase to the closest “Gross Weight” at best effort basis.
“As it” fish weight is the weight of the fish before cleaning process. Most of our seafood are “cleaned, scaled, gutted and cut to preference” then vacuum packed and flash frozen to maintain freshness.

Availability
All of the products sold on Big Eye Mart are subjected to availability. A full refund will be made in the event of product unavailability or we will get in touch with you personally to address how we can amend the order according to your personal preference.

Delivery>
Big Eye Mart reserves the right to deliver only to the shipping address. In the event of delivery failure due to customer’s unavailability, 2nd attempt delivery might be made on the next day, depending on our driver’s availability. Failure to receive the delivery on 2nd attempt, Big Eye Mart reserve the right not to refund the money, and goods shall not be retrieved.

General
The content of terms and conditions may be changed, moved or deleted at any time. Please note that Big Eye Mart has the rights to change the contents of the terms and conditions without any notice. Any violation of rules and regulations of these terms and conditions, Big Eye Mart will take immediate actions against the offender(s).

We cannot guarantee all actual products will be exactly the same shown on the monitor as that is depending on the user monitor.
